We are announcing the results of the call for emerging artists who will create new possibilities for contemporary visual arts together.

Beyond a simple space for exhibition opportunities, Levid is creating the first ecosystem where artists can make a living.

This is not merely a call for proposals for a one-time exhibition, but a program designed to discover and support artists who will steadily build their artistic world and grow in the future.

We evaluated the completeness of the work as well as the commitment and potential for future artistic activities with importance.

The Emerging Artists Special Exhibition will be held from September 1 to 12, 2026.

2026 Levid Art Season Emerging Artist Call for Proposals

We are recruiting emerging artists to create new possibilities for contemporary visual arts together.

Beyond a simple space for exhibition opportunities, Levid is creating the first ecosystem where artists can make a living.

This is not merely a call for proposals for a one-time exhibition, but a program designed to discover and support artists who will steadily build their artistic world and grow in the future.

We place great importance on the commitment and potential for future artistic activities, along with the completeness of the work.

■ Target Applicants

ㆍArtists in the visual arts (Call categories: Painting, Sculpture, Sculpture, Photography, Printmaking, Media, etc.)

ㆍ2 or fewer individual competitions (0~2 times)

An artist planning to continue creative work as a full-time writer in the future

ㆍInvitation to the Le Vid Art Season Group Exhibition, September 2026

ㆍInvitation to a solo exhibition at Le Vid Art & Lounge (1st) 2027

ㆍActivity incentive of 250,000 won provided

(Payment made after the Levid Art Season exhibition following selection confirmation)

■ Required Documents

① Portfolio (3 pages - up to 20 pages)

Contents

①-1 Brief Personal History (within 1 page)

①-2 Introduction to Current Work and Future Activity Plans (Within 1 page)

①-3 Portfolio showing the history of artistic activities

(Arranged sequentially from past to recent works as much as possible. Works prior to the artist's career may also be briefly included.)

The composition and design of the portfolio are not evaluated; it is sufficient as long as the content is visually appealing.

② One image of the representative work to be exhibited upon selection

(Transportable size, flat dimensions 90.9x72.7cm or less)

Include artwork caption in filename

Example) Artist Kim_〈Artwork Title〉_Acrylic on Canvas_72.7×60.6cm_2026

(Please be sure to include the artist's name, artwork title, materials, size, and year of production in the filename.)

■ Evaluation Method

ㆍ First round portfolio and submission review

ㆍ Second (if necessary) verification of the physical artwork

The final selection is made after comprehensively reviewing the artistic merit and potential for future activities.
